Starbucks in Niagara-on-tde-Lake

Starbucks gives diddly squat back to the community that makes it's US shareholders wealthy. According the a regional director, they may offer free coffee for as long as it lasts at some walks for health. I give this rich corporation a zero on the corporate citizenry scale. Coffee is ok but pricey.

The barista, Dan suggested a flat white because we wanted something not too sweet. Josiah was great as well. Both were friendly. The location amidst the downtown oasis of Niagara on the Lake won't disappoint. The shops close at 5pm during the winter but not Starbucks. We slipped in to warm up and enjoyed out experience more than we anticipated. This is where "Friendly Canadians" originated. Enjoy.

Very busy coffee shop. A favorite.

They sell the best coffee, it is full-bodied and flavorful. They sell a variety of pastries to go along with the coffee which are also very good. My favorite is blueberry Square.

After have 0.60€ espresso in Portugal. The $2.58 espresso at this Starbucks was pretty burnt tasting. It was busy and their food display had 3 flies making the rounds of the baked goods.

It's been a while since I visited a Starbucks, I try to visit local coffee shops when I travel. But there's a reason why Starbucks is a global brand and successful at that. Had one of my fave drinks here, ice cafe latte, and it hit the spot. Plus this Starbucks is housed in a heritage house circa 1830, how awesome is that! Thanks Starbucks! You did it again!!

A great Starbucks location on the main street. Excellent job of maintaining the building appearance to blend in with the historical surroundings. All the great offerings as other Starbucks locations. Ample sitting area inside as well as a lovely patio area outside.

The service at this location was efficient and very friendly. There is great patio seating with umbrellas and greenery. Expect long lines to use the washroom and you will need to get a door lock code from one of the employees.

We came to this Starbucks twice when we visited Niagara on the Lake. Staff were friendly, drinks were perfect!

Nice old building and the food was very nice and appreciated on a very cold day.

This is a special Starbucks. Great store layout and atmosphere. Enjoyed spending time in this cosy cafe.

A pleasant experience. The cafe is situated in the heart of Niagara-on-the-lake. The coffee was amazing and the baristas were friendly. It was my first time in a Starbucks. They were really helpful in helping me decide and decode the Starbucks coffee codes.

Coffee top notch. Service good. Place clean. Went on the morning, no bold they had to put some on. Came back in the afternoon. The same story. No bold had to wait. Not sure if they don’t brew it unless on demand or just poorly planned but expect to wait. And wait.

Ambience fits the local historic feel. Medium sized eating area with a lot of cushioned seating. A winter visit found it warm, cozy and smelling so good!

Even with the challenge of keeping customers "Society Distanced" the staff were incredibly efficient and very friendly!

Beautiful restored 1800s building, but other than that it’s a Starbucks. Crowded, generic feel inside, and harried staff trying to keep up with the soy no fat skinny no foam double shot requests.

I ordered two Matcha Green Tea Crème Frappuccinos and the new cashier only put through one. The barista handed me one so I went to the cashier ready to order another one and he blessed me with the second one on the house when he did not need to! He insisted saying there must have been some mix up so don't worry about it! I wish I remembered his name but that's what you call going above and beyond customer service! You also brightened up my day! Thank you!

Starbucks serves the visitors both local and foreign on the queen Street in Niagara on the Lake by themselves as there is no Tim Hortons in the visinity. Coffee is a must in a typical Canadian town especially in the winter. Though the winter effect is mild in Niagara on the Lake this place is always busy. The regular excellent customer service of Starbucks can be experienced here. The washrooms need a code to unlock the door but the receipt prints that in very large font.

Comfortable, not as noisy as most Starbucks due to the layout, great staff!

What a nice spot. The staff as always were great here even with the tall nerdy dude who couldn’t put a lid on and split his coffee (that’s me). I really liked this spot. Lots of street parking in the area on this day but perhaps in the summer it can get a bit busier. Overall worth a time out here.

Not a huge fan of Starbucks, however the mocha latte was pretty good. The bathroom was fine, and the service was great!

Horrible. I spent 8.57 and only had a 50 to pay with. I was told that they didnt have change so I'd need to pay with something smaller. I put everything back and walked out. A major tourist spot and a coffee place should have the change for that. I dont understand what's so hard about giving me 2 20s plus change..

Cozy place. The building has old european architecure. If you love have a coffee in a coffee shop enjoying the old architectural view thos would be the place you are looking for.

It is a Starbucks. If you like their coffee, you don't really care about reviews, you will just go there. I do like that they kept the building historic considering the area it is in.

Great service but you really need to do something about all the flies. The place is infested with flies!

This location is one of the busiest stores in Niagara Region. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a very touristy town and during the day this location is full of people. Unfortunately the number of staff Starbucks maintains in this location seems short, as the place is usually untidy, tables and floors are dirty. I can see that the staff is not able to keep up with customer traffic, many times I walked out without ordering either because there was a long line up at the bar or there was no place to sit. They definitely need more staff in this location.

Loved the fact that they had to keep the old house settings in order to comply with the city bylaw. That give that place a unique look. Loved Niagara-on-the-lake
